Order Cancellation Overview

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. Our ability to cancel your order depends on its current status in our fulfillment process.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. To do so, please contact us immediately:

Please provide your order number and request cancellation as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to stop the order from shipping, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed and entered our shipping workflow.

Processing Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PMĀ Eastern Time (EST) on business days may be processed the same day, which means the window for cancellation is limited. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of successfully canceling your order.

Cancellation Confirmation

If we are able to cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, and any charges to your payment method will be voided or refunded within 1 to 5 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Options After Shipment

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the items, you have two options:

Option 1: Refuse Delivery
You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and once we receive it, we will process a refund according to our standard refund timeline (1 to 5 business days). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for refused packages.

Option 2: Return After Delivery
You may accept delivery and then initiate a return within 30 days of receipt according to our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

For successfully canceled orders (before shipment), refunds are processed within 1 to 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
