What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Are prices shown inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately at info@simplecurate.com or +1 540-449-2355. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered our fulfillment process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled—you would need to follow our return process.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on your order total: orders of $90 or more receive free standard shipping, while orders under $90 have a flat shipping fee of $10.
How long does processing take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) on business days are typically processed the same day.
How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Your total delivery time is the processing time (1-3 business days) plus transit time (3-5 business days).
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and select regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
What if my package is delayed?
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.
Are original shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 1 to 5 business days to your original payment method. Additional time may be required for your financial institution to post the credit.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@simplecurate.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or resolution and cover return shipping costs.
