Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original, resalable condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not be a final sale or non-returnable item

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that show signs of wear or use

Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: For returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@simplecurate.com with clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
