Warranty Overview
At Simplecurate, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This Limited Warranty outlines our commitment to addressing defects and issues that may arise with your purchase.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to qualify for our DOA policy.
DOA Claim Requirements
To file a DOA claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the defect or damage
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Photos of the product packaging (if applicable)
Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved, as we may need to arrange for the item to be returned.

Resolution Options
Upon verification of a valid DOA claim, we will work with you to provide one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost
- Repair: We may arrange for the product to be repaired if appropriate
- Refund: We will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for valid DOA claims.
Product Defects After 48 Hours
For defects discovered after the 48-hour DOA window but within 30 days of delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Depending on the nature of the defect and the product, we may still be able to offer a resolution such as replacement, repair, or return for refund according to our standard Returns & Refund Policy.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents or external factors
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Damage occurring after the applicable warranty period
- Issues not reported within the required timeframes
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may be covered by the manufacturer's own warranty in addition to our Limited Warranty. If applicable, manufacturer warranty information will be included with your product or available upon request. You may be directed to contact the manufacturer directly for certain warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects.
