Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We are unable to process orders for international destinations, P.O. boxes in certain regions, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders of $90.00 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $90.00: Flat rate of $10.00
All shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we require 1 to 3 business days to prepare your items for shipment. Orders submitted before 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) on business days are typically processed the same day, while orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Your total delivery time will be the combination of our processing period (1-3 business days) plus the carrier transit time (3-5 business days).
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and select regional carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier for your order will be determined based on your location and package specifications.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections or changes may be possible if requested before the order ships, but cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order before it ships. Please contact us immediately at info@simplecurate.com or call +1 540-449-2355. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered our fulfillment process.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items, you may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive the package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@simplecurate.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution. For damage claims, please retain all original packaging materials.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
